The main objective of these 2 days’ workshop is given for the awareness about schemes of DC (Handicrafts) sensitization on design technology upgradation, marketing and brand promotion etc. The participants are trained to refresh and enhance their knowledge.

A group of 10 - 15 artisans were contacted, met together and made products for market survey. The designer and master craft person interacted with each of them and selected the most eligible artisans to participate in the project.

Design and technical development workshop - II was conducted at Mini Stadium, Vadattupara, Kothamangalam.

After the completion of training the artisans came up with new ideas and self-confidence to develop their own business and how to become an entrepreneur.

Tool kit distribution was conducted with the aim of improved tools and equipment for artisans to promote utilization of infrastructure facilities and enlarging the quality and quantity of products.
